Precious Life Wellness Village in Berkeley is hosting a free community event on July 5th at 6p, which features demonstrations and performances of Silvestre (Afro Brazilian) dance, a guided group meditation with Sat Siri Kaur, a yoga demonstration with Lorien and will feature a very special martial arts performance by Shaolin Shifu (Master) Yan Lei. The evening will be catered with a vegan buffet, teas, elixirs and refreshments. DJ Saurus from Giving Tree will spin Soul, Funk and Afro Beat grooves throughout the night.
