
Fronted by twin sisters, Kaleena and Kayleigh Goldsworthy, The Scarlet Ending are indy acoustic rock with heartfelt, honest lyrics and gorgeous intricate harmonies that are extremely enjoyable. Their latest release, Cries & Whispers, is rolling with a solid, smooth rocking acoustic sound that is full of energy and retrospective of relationships. There is nothing tired out by this group of talented artists.

We recently had a chance to have an amazing interview with the very diverse and multi-talented Jade Elektra. Jade has been seen in To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar, Party Girl, and Jane Doe and now she tells us about her latest efforts in finding “America’s Next Showgirl” in Showgirl 101.

Tantalizing, rhythmically driven jazz collection of standards, this is her first Blue Note album since Thunderbird in 2006, where she explored a multilayered sonic approach jazz piloted by pop producer T Bone Burnett.

Some artists are drag kings, some are lesbian icons, some are superheroes, some are two-dimensional, some are not women. The night will be emceed by Murray Hill and Dred.
