Thank you for your support of our first national Out Impact event for Sylvia’s Place’s 5^th anniversary celebration on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2008 from 7 – 11 PM at Splash in New York City. We celebrated their outstanding organization together, with the talented DJ Reed McGowan spinning hits all night long.

We are pleased to announce that our event raised $569 for Sylvia’s Place (which is part of MCCNY’s Homeless Youth Services)! We believe this is just the beginning of great things to come in our upcoming Out Impact events!

Looking for something fun to do on a Wednesday evening that is also a excellent way to give back? Out Impact presents “An Evening To Benefit Sylvia’s Place” as we raise proceeds for their critical 5th anniversary! Sylvia’s Place is one of five emergency homeless shelters in the entire country dedicated to helping LGBTQ youth who have been displaced. Award-winning DJ Reed McGowan will be spinning your favorites as we live life and have fun together at Splash (50 W 17 St.) on April 2nd, 7-11p for a good cause! HX is our presenting sponsor, our official hotel sponsor is the Maritime Hotel and much more! Want some complimentary cocktails? Our alcohol sponsors for this special event is 4 Copas Tequila, the only organic tequila and Zodiac Vodka!

Tickets are $15.00, partial proceeds benefits Sylvia’s Place! Purchasing your tickets early is encouraged, with any leftover tickets being available at the door.

Let’s have good times together for our first national event in New York City in honor of helping homeless youth in our community!

The first 100 people who purchase tickets will receive a special VIP gift bag filled with the latest music, eco-friendly savings, a special CD from DJ Reed McGowan and much more!
