Serendipity3

icecreamandhotchocolate Serendipity3

by Bambi Weavil and Shannon Smith

Serendipity3, the most sinful part of our dining experience in New York City, was a cute destination I had planned in our itinerary while we were in New York City. Gluttony at it’s finest, we had shared the Forbidden Broadway Sundae, believing it would be the perfect accompaniment after seeing the Beebo Brinker Chronicles. We both tried beverages with some orange zest thrown in, and the orange taste left us both realizing that orange zest in our caffeinated beverages is just not worth repeating.

After sharing a heavily stacked chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream wonder, we knew we made the right decision to catch the place that everyone has been talking about. Between the both of us, we couldn’t finish the well-proportioned delight and still had half left over! Our gracious waiter provided good customer service as we marveled that desserts really could be this good with all the amazing choices as we admired other tables beautifully prepared desserts. Afterwards, we partaked to looking around their gift shop, and bought some very cute mini Buddha items for myself. Definitely the greatest dessert retreat to accomplish in New York City and a must for anyone who needs their mood taken to heavenly food-orgasmic proportions!
