IDAHO 2009: One Voice, One Message, Heard Around the World

Take Up The IDAHO Challenge,” a great video challenge, which invited the LGBT community to step out in front of the camera, introduce themselves, and state in their own language how proud they are to be gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered. This public service message aimed at fostering community and tolerance attracted the participation of 359 people from 48 countries across six continents around the world. British and German Parliament members stepped in front of the camera, also some participants made the effort to go to the Great Wall of China, Statue of Liberty, Sydney Opera House, Golden Gate Bridge, Eiffel Tower and others to shoot their video.

We proudly support gays.com’s amazing efforts & the Committee for the International Day Against Homophobia & Transphobia with this PSA!  Please support this campaign year round.
