Lady Gaga (Facebook, Twitter) takes reinvention seriously – and recreated “Born This Way” geared toward the country music audience.  Will it make it to country radio airwaves?  Is this a goal to dominate all the niche charts?  Maybe she’s trying to get some acceptance going in Nashville?  Will Gaga get the “Dixie Chicks” Treatment if the Little Monsters request it at their local radio stations?  Country music is still consider the music of America’s heartland by many where Lady Gaga wouldn’t normally receive love as a Pop artist- so I believe Gaga’s release is brave and deserves some “paws up.”

What I’d really like to see?  Lady Gaga, you need to call the talented and very much out, country music artist, Chely Wright, and perform this live at the CMAs with herChely Wright, Damn Liar, Dance Remix as a duet or related-country/music industry awards show.  In turn, Chely Wright (Facebook, Twitter) needs to perform her new single, “Damn Liar” during the set, which has just gotten a makeover as a dance track.

Lady Gaga‘s been keeping busy, she made a surprise appearance at a local gay club in Las Vegas, the popular Krave (Facebook, Twitter) on March 24th and performed “Born This Way” to the delight of the gays. Thanks LesbiansInVegas.com for the YouTube video!
