The Best Yet, for the first time pulls together Switchfoot’s musical history representing all six albums they recorded.  The 18-song collection features one new track, “This is Home”, and hits such as “Dare You To Move”, “Meant To Live” and more.  For fans already familiar with Switchfoot, you’ll be happy with the tunes they have selected for this ‘best of.’  For those who are new to Switchfoot, this is a great variety of the rock/pop sound they offer on all their albums.

What may surprise you is how active Switchfoot is in philanthropy, they have been involved with DATA, Bono’s The ONE Campaign, Invisible Children, Habitat for Humanity and To Write Love on Her Arms.  They have also founded the Switchfoot Bro-Arm, a surfing and music benefit-event.  A portion of the funds raised during 23-city “Music Builds” Tour benefits Habitat for Humanity affiliates located in the tour cities so catch them out on tour supporting their new album!
