Bambi Weavil: Why did you start An Animal-Friendly Life?
Eric Prescott: I started An Animal-Friendly Life because, while researching a film project I was working on, I was astonished by just how much there was to know about the oppression of non-human animals, and I wanted to share what I was learning in an aggregated format with my commentary. I think some of my goals were to chart my own animal-friendly-life-in-progress, to prompt readers to challenge their own notion of what it means to be animal-friendly, and to encourage them become more active themselves.
